Free social Irish dance classes (ceili/group dance)

Come join us for fun, culture, and exercise. These classes are low key and intended to teach the very basics of Irish dance and are low impact. *this is not solo dancing* like Riverdance, Lord of the Dance or competitive Irish dance. We offer those classes as well but for a fee.

We teach in Clear Lake and are looking to expand to other Houston area communities based on interest.

My name is Richard Tew. I founded Tew Academy of Irish Dance over 15 years ago and have been teaching all over Texas since. For most of the time we have been open, we have concentrated our classes in the Houston area. I am a registered associate teacher with An Chomhdhail (pronounced An Cogal). They are based out of Dublin, Ireland. We are background checked and have experienced with teaching ages three through adult.
